- Central air conditioningThe compressor, condenser coil, evaporator coil, fan motors, capacitors, contactors and thermostat.
- Furnace and heatingGas, electric and oil furnaces, heat pumps, the blower motor, igniter, heat exchanger, gas valve and thermostat.
- DuctworkDucts from the heating or cooling unit to the register, including leaks and breaks in accessible sections.
- PlumbingLeaks and breaks in water, drain, gas and vent lines inside the home's foundation, toilet tank parts, valves and pressure regulators.
- Drain stoppagesClearing clogs in sink, tub, shower and toilet drains and the main line through an accessible cleanout.
- Electrical systemWiring, the main panel and sub-panels, breakers, switches, outlets and junction boxes.
- Water heaterTank and tankless water heaters, including the heating element, thermostat, gas valve, burner and tank leaks.
